How your fare is calculated
Each journey leg uses the higher of your vehicle's minimum fare or its initial charge plus mileage and stop charges. If a vehicle has no own minimum, the default is £25.00. Where tier pricing is configured, the first miles use one rate and only the miles beyond the threshold use the extra-mile rate. Applicable tax is confirmed at checkout.
Extras are your choice
Extras are included only when you select or request them in the booking. Leaving an extra unselected adds no charge.
- Meet & greet: £5.00 when selected for the outward journey, with a separate option for the return.
- Booster seat: free when selected. Add it if your journey needs one.
- Flight number: optional information for your driver; it adds no charge.
- Additional stops: £5.00 per stop per leg, included before the minimum fare is applied.
- Return journey: adds a separately calculated return leg with 10% off that leg. The same stops are visited in reverse order. Optional return meet & greet is charged separately.
Waiting time, explained
Enter the total waiting minutes you want to request. The first 45 minutes are included. After that, each extra 15-minute interval costs £5.00. A partially used interval is rounded up to a full interval.

For example, 46 minutes uses one paid interval. Leaving waiting time at 0 adds no waiting charge. This field requests waiting for the outward journey; it does not automatically measure or bill waiting after your trip. Agree later changes directly with the operator.
